“Thank you, excavator.” Elephant said. According to Indian media, on the 19th (local time), a baby elephant , fallen into a large mud pit was found on a coffee farm in a village in southern India. The local Forestry Bureau dispatched excavator to rescue the elephants after receiving a report from the villagers.   The elephant escaped from the pit, and it appeared to  go to the forest, but a baby elephant returned.   And the elephant rubbed his head and trunk against excavator ‘s shovel, as if saying thanks.   Experts said, “Elephants are intimate with humans and know how to recognize the help they have received.”

인도 매체에 따르면 현지 시간 19일에, 커다란 진흙 구덩이에 빠진 아기 코끼리가 인도 남부 커피농장에서 발견되었다.   지방산림국은 주민들의 신고를 받은 후에 그 코끼리를 구하기 위하여 굴삭기를 파견했다.   그 코끼리는 구덩이를 벗어났고 숲으로 가는 것처럼 보였으니 아기 코끼리는 되돌아왔다.   그리고 코끼리는 머리와 코를 굴삭기의 삽에 마치 감사인사를 하듯이 비볐다.   전문가들은 “코끼리들은 인간과 친밀하며, 인간으로부터 받은 도움에 인지하는 방법을 안다”고 말했다.
